Formed in December 2001, the Hong Kong Logistics Development Council (LOGSCOUNCIL) provides a forum for the stakeholders to discuss and co-ordinate matters concerning "Logistics Hong Kong". Members from the public and private sectors are appointed by the Chief Secretary for Administration.
