Formed in December 2001, the Hong Kong Logistics Development Council (LOGSCOUNCIL) provides a forum for the stakeholders to discuss and co-ordinate matters concerning "Logistics Hong Kong". The 2008/09 term of LOGSCOUNCIL comprises 38 members from the public and private sectors appointed by the Chief Secretary for Administration.
